If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return back in its original unworn condition within 14 days from the date of delivery. You will be issued a store credit, minus any shipping and handling costs. Shipping cost is non refundable.

LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS: YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOUR ITEM IS SET OUT FOR PICKUP, TO INSPECT AND RETURN FOR ANY REASON. THE 14 DAY WINDOW DOES NOT START WHEN YOU COME TO PICK YOUR PACKAGE UP. THE 14 DAY WINDOW STARTS WHEN YOUR '' READY FOR PICKUP '' NOTIFICATION IS SENT. IT IS UP TO THE CUSTOMER TO ENSURE PROPER TIME MANAGEMENT. We will not credit any orders past this time frame. For Covid, Travel or other related events that may delay your pickup past the 14 day window, you MUST contact riversassboutique@gmail.com prior to let us know and you must give us an anticipated pick up date. If we are notified, we will happily make a note to your account and start your 14 day window time period for the date you plan to come by. If you do not reach out to River Sass Boutique, we will assume you plan to have your order picked up within 14 days of being set out and understand our return policy.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.
Time Frame: Items must be RECEIVED BACK to us no later than 14 days from the date your package was delivered. NO exceptions. We suggest using a tracking method, as we are not responsible for lost packages upon return. Be sure to plan 5 - 7 days for transit time. For local pickup orders, please read above.
Not eligible: Any sale, discount, or markdown item. Bodysuits, Swimwear, Jewelry, Scarves, Hair accessories/Hats, undergarments (bralettes), gift cards, are final sale and cannot be returned. Any discount code 30% or higher will make your purchase final sale and ineligible for return. Shoes returned using the shoebox as a shipping container are NOT acceptable. Final Sale items will not be accepted for return.
Requirements: Items MUST be returned in their original condition, free of makeup stains, deodorant, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, and obvious wear. Shipping and handling costs paid are non-refundable. If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition or are not received within the designated return window, you will be subject to a $5-$10.00 shipping & handling fee for the item(s) to be shipped back to you. Any items that require cleaning or anything deemed less than original condition by River Sass may incur a 15% restocking fee.
Defective Items: If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within *THREE* days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. Any item that has already been worn is not subject to be considered a "defective item" and no return or exchange is allowed.
Free Shipping: We do offer free (for the customer) shipping for orders over $100.00. That does not mean that shipping is free for River Sass. If you decide to not keep your item, shipping costs paid by River Sass for orders over $100, will be deducted from your store credit.

- Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
- Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact. If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date. Additionally, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to make a return:
Return for store credit - Must be received back to River Sass within 14 days of original delivery to customer. Return Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For local pickup orders, please read above.
When mailing a return - Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse! Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.
