Local Pickup
All communication will be sent to the email address or phone number associated with the account you used to checkout.
Order Pickup Rules and Regulations:
- Once you select In-Store Pickup, you can not request/change your order. It will not be available for shipment once the order has been transferred through our shipping portal.
-When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive all information and instructions needed for local pickup via email or text ( depending on how you checked out ). This will include the address!
- All orders will be placed outside in a bin by the front door with your name on it. Please read carefully and make sure you grabbed the correct order.
Pickup Times:
- If you have chosen Local Pickup please wait for the notification letting you know that your order is ready for pickup before arriving.
-If orders have not been picked up after 1 month, you will be charged a $10 shipping and convenience fee. Please keep in mind that the return policy still applies to local pickup orders. The 14 day return policy starts from the day that your order is ready for pickup.
- We are just as excited as you are about getting new things! Please pick your packages up at your earliest convenience.
- Pickup times are flexible, all we ask is that you simply respect our home. Please do not arrive for pickup during normal sleeping hours ( 10p -6a ).
